APPLIED AREA AND AUDIENCE
1.1 The Club area (The Club) includes golf course, Club house, parking area, driving range and all other related facilities…
1.2 Audience includes Members, Members’ guests, non-members, spectators, tour agents, golf staff.

Restaurant: 05:00 - 22:30
Golf course: 06:00 - 21:00 (Winter) 05:44 - 21:00 (Summer)
Driving range: 06:00 - 22:00
Kiosk at course: According to Tee time operation
The hours of operation might be changed by the Company and will vary seasonally.
ENTRY
Those who may enter the Club include:
3.1 Members
Members are required to present their Membership card to Club staff upon arrival.
3.2 Member’s Guest:
3.2.1. Member’s Guests are persons accompanied by Members into the Club.
3.2.2. The number of Member’s Guests is regulated in Part A, Article 6 of this document
3.3 Visiting Groups
Visiting groups are groups of persons who have come to the Club to play golf and have reserved a tee time in advance.
3.4 Visitors
Visitors are persons who do not have Membership cards but have permission from the Manager to enter the Club to play golf or to participate in conferences or workshops.
3.5 Tour Agent
Tour Agent is any person who accompanies with a group of persons playing golf with the purpose to assist said groups at the Club.
3.6 Spectators
A spectator is any person(s) who accompanies a player without purpose of playing golf but accompanying player on course.
3.7 Company’s Staff
Company’s Staff are persons allowed to come to the Club in order to execute tasks assigned by the Company.
Car park
4.1 The Club car park is reserved for Members and guests of the Club.
4.2 Members and guests shall have proper parking places identified. Do not park in nonparking areas.
4.3 The driver of Members and guests can rest and use public facilities as indicated by the Club.
4.4 The Club forbids all acts and forms of gambling for drivers and staff within the Club.
Club members
5.1 Members are entitled to the use of all the Club’s public facilities as regulated by the Company.
5.2 Members will be provided Membership cards after satisfying the necessary conditions required under the regulations of the Company.
5.3 Members are required to carry Membership cards at all times while staying and using services at the Club and be able to present them when be requested by the Manager.
5.4 Members can transfer their Membership cards to other persons/ companies by paying the transfer fee according to the “Regulations of Membership Transfer” of the Company (not including Honorary, Complimentary and Short Term Membership cards).
5.5 Members are only permitted to use Membership cards with their own names and pictures on them with the exception of Floating Membership cards
5.6 Members are responsible for reporting immediately to the Manager if their cards are lost, damaged, or stolen. Members must then complete the application for obtaining a replacement card and pay all related fees according to the current regulations of the Company.
5.7 Members must return their Membership cards to the Company upon termination of their Membership.
Club member’s guests
6.1 One Member may accompany up to 07 (seven) guests on weekdays and up to 03 (three) guests on weekends and public holidays to play golf at the entry fee reserved for Member’s guest. The number of guests could be modified by the regulations of the Company at specific times. Member may only bring 3 guests on any day between December 01 and February 28.
6.2 Members who accompany a larger number of guests than that be regulated in Part A, Item 6.1 must receive permission of the Manager, which is based on the actual situation of the golf course at the time. Each guest exceeding the limit must pay the entry fee in accordance to the current tariff or the decision of the authorized Manager.
VISITORS & SPECTATORS
7.1 Visitors & spectators are required to register in advance with the Club of their intention to enter the Club and they must be approved by the Manager before entering the Club.
7.2 Visitors & spectators are entitled to the use of all the Club’s public facilities and are obligated to pay all related fees as regulated.
Children under 18 years old
8.1 Children under 08 (eight) years old are not permitted to play golf or visit on course unless certified and authorized by the Manager.
8.2 Children under 18 (eighteen) years old must be under the supervision of a Member and/or Members’ Guests above 18 (eighteen) years old at all times while in the applied area of golf course.
8.3 Children under 18 (eighteen) years old are not permitted to drive a golf cart.
8.4 The Regulations of the Club are not exempt for children under 18 (eighteen) years old. The guardian or accompanied players above 18 (eighteen) years old will be held fully responsible for the behavior of any child under 18 (eighteen) years old that they accompany into the Club. The Company can intervene at any time (if necessary).
Dress code
9.1 Dress Code in the Clubhouse: Members and guests are required to follow the published dress code of golf attire or smart casual clean clothing.
9.2 Dress Code on the golf course and driving range:
9.2.1. No jeans or athletic shorts.
9.2.2. All garments must be hemmed. No cut-offs.
9.2.3. Men’s shirts should have collars and sleeves.
9.3 In case of disrespect the dress code: Members and guests to the Club will be suspended the right to play golf and might be requested to leave the Club by the Manager.
Behaviour
10.1 Always maintain an amiable, polite attitude.
10.2 Do not make noise or cause disruptions. Indecent physical acts on any person are not permitted.
10.3 Drunken behavior is not permitted.
10.4 Offensive language is not permitted.
10.5 Do not publish, leave comments that poorly affects the reputation, image of golf courses on social media such as Facebook, other social media platforms, online forums.
10.6. The playing privileges of Members or guests who commit any of the behaviors mentioned in the above Item 10.2, 10.3, 10.4 and 10.5 will be subjected to suspension and the offending Member(s) or guest(s) might be requested to leave the Club by the Manager.
Mobile phones and personal electronic devices
11.1 Mobile phones must be set to silent or vibrate at all times in the Club to avoid disturbing Members and/or other guests.
11.2 Refrain from loud telephone conversations. Minimize telephone use when in the Clubhouse, on course and function areas at the Club.
11.3 The Manager reserves the right to demand those who do not comply Item 11.1 and 11.2 to leave the Club.
Garbage
Members, players and other guests must not litter on Club’s applied area. Garbage must be placed in trashcans and cigarette butts must be placed in ashtrays in designated areas or given to a caddie or staff member.
Noise
Noise must be kept at minimum level in all areas to avoid disturbing Members and other guests.
Food and beverages, pets, and dangerous objects
14.1 No food or beverage may be brought into the Club from outside.
14.2 Any kinds of pet are not allowed in the Club.
14.3 Weapons or other objects which may cause injury are not allowed in the Club.
Feedbacks
Members and visitors may offer their feedbacks through the “Suggestion Book” at Club house, email or directly to the Manager.
Restaurant
16.1 Regarding groups of 20 (twenty) persons or more, a representative of Members/Visitors’ group must make a table reservation at least 48 (forty eight) hours in advance.
16.2 Members, Member’s guests or other guests who wish to organize a special event at the restaurant must contact the Club to make a reservation at least 48 (forty eight) hours in advance.
Locker rooms
17.1 All locker keys must be returned to the Club’s receptionist before leaving the Club.
17.2 There will be a charge for each lost locker key according to the Club’s regulations.
17.3 Every person is responsible for their own personal belongings. The Company will not be responsible under any circumstances for any lost, damaged or stolen items in the locker room.
MEETING ROOM
18.1 The Club provides meeting venues for lease.
18.2 The meeting room is available to those who have booked at least 48 (forty eight) hours in advance and received confirmation from the Club’s staff member.
18.3 Customers are responsible for abiding by Club’s regulations related to the reservation and use of meeting rooms. Any damage caused by customers will be responsible for cost incurred.
Personal property preservation
19.1 The Club does not encourage Members or guests to carry valuables with them to the Club. If Members or guests carry valuables with them to the Club, they must be kept on their side at all times in the Club. Staff and caddies are not permitted to carry valuables of Members and guests.
19.2 The Club will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to any personal property of any individual.
Liability
20.1 The Company will be financially responsible for accidents that occur to Members and guests within the Club to the maximum extent provided by the insurance policy purchased by the Company.
20.2 The Company will not be responsible for damage to any equipment or belongings of any Member or guest in the Club.
20.3 Members and guests shall be held responsible for any behavior endangering themselves or others in the Club. All members and guests must check in at Reception and sign the statement. Only those signing the statement will be allowed on course and use of the facilities, equipment and services.
Payment
21.1 Daily Bills
21.1.1 Members and guests are required to acknowledge all food and beverage orders, as well as other charges by signing their names and Member numbers on the order ticket.
21.1.2 Player who rent golf clubs from the Club must leave a deposit in accordance with the Club’s Regulations. The deposit will be returned when the player returns the golf clubs and pays all related service fees in full.
21.1.3 All charges must be fully paid to the cashier prior to leaving the Club.
21.1.4 Payments will be accepted in the form of cash or credit card. Members and guests will receive an itemized receipt for their records and a bag tag stamped “Paid” that must be handed to the valet before leaving the Club.
21.2 Annual Dues
21.2.1 The annual due is a fee collected annually for maintaining the facilities, capital improvements and other related issues in accordance to the Company’s Decision.
21.2.2 Members are required to pay in full the annual dues according to the “Regulation of Annual Dues” issued by the Company.
Golf course
22.1 Members and guests are responsible for keeping the golf course in good condition when playing golf and shall be held responsible for any damage that is clarified by the Manager.
22.2 Members and players can use buggy only in the area that allows buggy accordingly to the instruction of a staff member or specific instruction at each hole. 22.3 Members and players must not use golf clubs or any other instrument to cause damage to the green and/or the hole area.
22.4 The Manager reserves the right to request Members and players who violate the regulations mentioned in Item 22.1, 22.2 and 22.3 to leave the Club and compensate for any damage (if any) if necessary to maintain the quality of the course.
